Requirements for Authorized Representative for webstore pickup orders

If you are not able to pick up your webstore order from the store, an authorized representative is allowed to claim the item on your behalf provided that he/she presents the following documents to the store staff upon claiming:

  1. Signed Authorization Letter stating the complete name of your authorized representative
  2. Your valid ID 
  3. A valid ID of your authorized representative
  4. Proof of purchase (confirmation message received in the email) 

To expedite the process, you can notify us of your authorized representative to so we can inform the store ahead of time.
