If you are not able to pick up your webstore order from the store, an authorized representative is allowed to claim the item on your behalf provided that he/she presents the following documents to the store staff upon claiming:
- Signed Authorization Letter stating the complete name of your authorized representative
- Your valid ID
- A valid ID of your authorized representative
- Proof of purchase (confirmation message received in the email)
To expedite the process, you can notify us of your authorized representative to email@example.com so we can inform the store ahead of time.
