The season of giving is just around the corner so treat yourself by pre-ordering the latest iPhone 13. Secure the brand new iPhone 13 by pre-ordering through our online store and in iStore locations nationwide starting Friday, October 15. Here’s how.
Online store
- Log on to your account on istore.ph
- Add your chosen iPhone to your cart.
- Choose your Accessories to go with your brand new iPhone.
- Check out your item(s).
- Pay for the item(s) in your cart.
- You will receive a confirmation email of your pre-order, and the store will contact you to confirm your appointment.
Please note that you can pre-order online in all iStore locations except Dumaguete. Our Dumaguete will accept in-store pre-orders.
In-store
1. Visit the iStore branch closest to you. Here is a list of iStore locations nationwide:
- Central Bloc Cebu
- Ayala Cebu
- SM City Cebu
- SM Seaside
- Centrio
- Iloilo
- Bacolod
- Capitol Bacolod
- Dumaguete (accommodates walk-in only for pre-order)
3. Place your pre-order and pay at the cashier.
4. A receipt will be issued, and you will be given an appointment card for when you can pick up your purchased item(s).
All pre-orders will be picked up in-store on Oct 22 onwards. Once appointment is set, you may visit the store which you ordered your phone to you on the appointed date. Our staff will verify your pre-order pick-up with your government-issued ID and a screenshot/print-out of the confirmation email of the pre-order. Once verified, our staff will assist in the set-up of the purchased iPhone.
