Excited about the latest iPad Pro M4? Now you can choose between an 11-inch and an all-new 13-inch iPad Pro. 

Here’s how you can be among the first to get your hands on it:

Preorder period: June 4 - 20, 2024
Location: All iStore retail stores

Pre-order in-store: 

  1. Visit a Nearby  iStore: Check store hours. 
  2. Choose Your iPad Pro M4
  3. Downpayment: Settle a 50% downpayment to secure your reservation for cash/straight transaction only. Downpayment is non-refundable and not applicable for installment. 
  4. Payment Method: You can choose to pay in full or opt for installment plans available for major credit cards.
  5. Sign Pre-order waiver: Please note that once payment is made, the model selected, quantity and store selection are final and cannot be changed.
  6. Balance: Must be settled as soon as the unit is available for pick-up.
  7. Notification: Expected to be available in the Philippines by June 21, 2024. Customers who pre-ordered will be notified accordingly. Subject to stock availability. Terms and conditions apply.
  8. Forfeiture Policy: 
    - Customers will be notified and given 1 week to settle the balance.
    - Reservations will be automatically forfeited if the balance is not settled by the due date.
    - If there is no response and payment within this 1-week period, the reservation will be forfeited.
    - Security deposit will be converted to store credit.
  9. Claiming Your iPad Pro M4: To ensure a smooth claiming process, please prepare the following:
  • Proof of Purchase: Your official receipt or waiver. 
  • Identification: For the Original Customer: Government Valid ID.
  • If someone else is claiming on your behalf, please provide: 
    Authorization Letter: Signed by the original customer.
    Digital or Original copy of Valid ID of the Original Customer.
    Original copy of Valid ID of the Authorized Representative.
