Remote Diagnostics is now available for Apple products.

If your Apple product has an issue - whether it be an iPhone, iPad, MacBook or others, your first instinct may be to immediately visit an Apple Authorized Service Provider to check or fix the unit's problem. 

With our Remote Diagnostics service, you can now have your device checked by one of our Apple Certified technicians who will perform an Apple certified remote diagnostic and discuss your repair options all from the comfort of your own home.  This will help save on your time as well as lessen a trip outside your home just to get diagnostics on your device.  

To avail of this service, you will need to book an appointment first. Once the appointment is booked, you will receive a call from our technician who will walk you through the steps below:

So no matter where you are, as long as you have your device with you, you can have it checked before going to the service center and significantly save on your time. Devices that are under warranty are free of charge whereas there are service fees for out-of-warranty devices.
