Customers can get an estimate on their devices online before heading to the store. By downloading the Smart Exchange app on their device, customers can assess the value of their smartphone from the comfort of their own home. Once they have the trade-in estimate from the app guided evaluation, they can visit their preferred iStore or Switch branch to make the trade in. The trade-in value will be converted to store credits and can then be applied as store credit to any store purchase. iStore and Switch also accept Android/ non-Apple branded smartphones, iPads and Apple Watch for trade-in.
