Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at istore.ph. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy as of May 31, 2021. This Policy may change without prior notice. istore.ph reserves the right to make changes to this policy.

Orders

Kindly make sure to fill in the correct shipping address information. Once the payment for your order is completed, we will send a confirmation email with the receipt of your order. This email only serves as confirmation of your order and does not constitute an acceptance of your order. Your order will only be accepted once we or our 3rd party carriers send a confirmation of the shipment. A tracking number will be provided.

istore.ph reserves its right not to accept orders for any reason at its sole discretion. Such reasons include, but are not limited to, one of the following:

  • The ordered item is out of stock, or is withdrawn due to quality issues or due to the shipping restrictions applicable to one or all of the ordered items.
  • We identify a shipping, pricing or product description error.

If there are any issues with your order, our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipment Processing

All orders are processed within 5 to 15 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. istore.ph will not be held liable for the delays due to force majeure or acts of God.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

During delivery, the customer must prepare a valid ID for identification. In case of an authorized representative, an authorization letter must be presented together with the customer’s ID.

Only two delivery attempts will be done otherwise customer will be required to contact the istore.ph immediately. A service fee might be incurred.

For any deliveries, 

Outside of serviceable areas (OSA), customers must pick it up at their closest LBC/WWWExpress branch or have it delivered at their own expense. We will contact customers ahead regarding this or contact us so we can check your shipping address prior.

Non-serviceable areas (NSA), customers can pick it up at their closest LBC/WWWExpress branch.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

istore.ph provides nationwide shipping within the Philippines. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Processing of Claims

Claims will be processed within 30 calendar days upon submission of complete documentary requirements.  Note that claims with incomplete documentary requirements will not be processed.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@istore.ph with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
