How to check your web order status

After placing your order at our webstore, you can check its status by following these steps:

1. Go to Click the chat button located at the lower right part of the page or go here:

2. Click “What’s my order status?”.

3. Click “Enter order information”.

4. Input the details needed so we can provide the status of your order. Click “Send”.


  • The estimated number of days it takes for the item to be arranged for pickup is 1 - 2 days upon placing of order. (Orders placed on Sunday, Holidays and beyond 5PM from Monday to Saturday will be processed the next business day.)
  • One of our representatives will also reach out to you when the item is available for pick up.
  • Please make sure to put your correct mobile number and email address so we can easily contact you regarding your order status and pickup availability.
